Our recruitment policy
NTUU KPI is committed to a policy of equal opportunity. Entry into employment with the University and progression within employment is determined only by personal merit and by the application of criteria related to the duties and conditions of each particular post, and the needs of the institution concerned. Appointment to the academic offices of Professor, Senior Lecturer, or Assistant is by direct recruitment to a vacancy by Boards of Electors for Professorships, and by Appointments Committee. Appointments to University Lectureships are made by Appointments Committees. Temporary appointments may be made by heads of institutions to provide cover during staff absences. This will be reflected in the role title and grade.
Various other academic offices are established in certain Faculties and Departments to meet specific academic needs.
A wide range of administrative, computing, technical, library, and other specialist roles exist in the University. Positions are advertised as they arise, and applicants are selected on the basis of their ability to meet the requirements of the role.
Appointment of research stuff is usually for a specified period to correspond with the requirements of the research project. The title of Research Assistant, or Associate or Senior Associate will depend on the nature and grade of the role, and an approval by the Faculty Board.

Vacancies for administrative and support staff and contract research positions are included in the Human Resources Department's Vacancies list, and are published in a weekly newspaper "Kyivskiy Polytechnic" http://kpi.ua/board-job.
Each job vacancy published will give details of where and how to apply. Please read the job vacancy carefully to establish the recruitment process. Any enquiries about the job vacancy should be addressed to the department recruiting for that position.
Foreign citizens can find a job in Ukraine if they have a work permit.
